Element Spotlight – Kasey

Element Spotlight. Our credit union is special because we get to know our members on a more personal level. We get to know them by name versus just knowing them by a member number. Kasey, Manager of Member Experience

Staff member Kasey Williams started at Element in the beginning of this year and has become an invaluable member of the team. She enjoys her work and sees everyone at Element as her family.

When asked what she has learned since joining the Element Team Kasey said, “I have learned to multitask better. When I first started, I would get flustered with the fast pace, but now I have learned to multitask and can handle the fast pace much better.”

When asked how the pandemic has affected her work and daily duties Kasey said, “The pandemic has affected our way we do things daily. We now serve more members through the drive-thru than we do in the building.”

Like her big family at work, Kasey has a big family at home too. When asked about her home life and interests Kasey said, “When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my 3 little boys and my husband. One of my favorite hobbies is reading books. I’m a sucker for a good book series.”
