Member Experience Specialist

We’re looking for a Member Experience Specialist who’s passionate about helping people and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. If you’re a natural problem-solver with a heart for service, you might be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver friendly, accurate service by processing transactions and assisting members with accounts, debit cards, and online/mobile banking.
- Open new accounts and support member onboarding.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful work culture.
