Do I have to be an Element member to make a referral?

Yes. You must be a current Element member to participate in the referral program.

Does my friend have to qualify for membership?

Yes. Referred individuals must meet membership eligibility requirements and open a qualifying account.

When do we receive the $25 reward?

Referral rewards are deposited into each member’s Element savings account approximately 60 days after the new account is opened, provided both members remain in good standing.

Can I refer more than one person?

Absolutely. Members may earn up to 10 referral bonuses per calendar year.

How does the $300 drawing work?

Each successful referral earns both participants an entry into the drawing. One winner will be selected after the promotion period ends. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

*You must be an existing Element FCU Member to make a referral. The new member must qualify for membership. Upon making a successful referral, both the referring member and the referred member will be entered into a drawing to win $300. Prize will be deposited into the winner’s Element savings account. One winner will be selected. Odds of winning depend on how many successful referrals are made during the promotional period. Promotional period is June 15 through August 31, 2026.
