Dear Members,

At Element Federal Credit Union, the safety of our members, friends, and neighbors has always been – and remains – our top priority. In the midst of these unprecedented times, it is our social responsibility to take precautionary measures that will help to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community, as well as to keep our members and employees safe.

Effective immediately, our branches are operating as drive-thru only. This decision was made in order to adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation to drastically limit gatherings in public spaces and to help keep everyone in our community as healthy as possible.

The new hours are as follows:

Kanawha City (3418 MacCorkle Ave SE, Charleston, WV 25304)
7:30 a.m. – 5:55 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Drive-thru only, virtual meetings available.

South Charleston (323 2nd Ave SW, South Charleston, WV 25303)
8:00 a.m. – 5:25 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Drive-thru only, virtual meetings available.

Capitol Street (350 Capitol St, Charleston, WV 25301)
Temporarily Closed.
